On the above date and approximate time, Dep. Dumminger and myself were
dispatched to the Sandusky County Sportsman Club in reference to a trespassing
complaint. We were further directed to speak with Mr. Dan Terrebonne, an active
club member. Upon arrival, I spoke with Mr. Terrebonne about the complaint. Dep.
Dumminger spoke with the suspected trespasser, Mr. Geoffrey Stults. Mr.
Terreboone advised that Mr. Stults began speaking to him about the range and
different range locations. Mr. Terrebonne thought the questions were odd if Mr.
Stults was an active member. So, Mr. Stults inquired if Mr. Stults was an active
member. Mr. Stults explained to Mr. Terrebonne that he paid his 2010 membership,
but he never received an valid card. Mr. Stults was only able to provide an
expired 2009 membership card. Mr. Terrebonne further inquired how Mr. Stults was
able to get his vehicle around secured gates. Mr. Stults advised that he drove
over the landscape rocks and went around the gate. It should be noted that there
were rocks that ran along side of the access road and varied to small to large
sizes. When this came out Mr. Terrebonne informed Mr. Stults it appeared as
though he was not an active member and that he needed to leave the property. At
this point Mr. Terrebonne advised that Mr. Stults became slightly argumentative,
so he called the Sheriff's Office. Dep. Dumminger advised he spoke with Mr.
Stults and he explained the same situation. Mr. Stults did advise Dep. Dumminger
that he did in fact drive over the rocks in order to gain access to the range.
Mr. Stults did provide his expired 2009 card to Dep. Dumminger. He further
advised when he purchased the 2010 membership, he paid by check, which he could
provide a copy of. Furthermore, Mr. Stults had three occupants in his vehicle.
Those occupants arrived with Mr. Stults under the impression he was a valid
member and to possibly become members themselves, see report for names. Both
parties were advised to speak with the club president to inquire if Mr. Stults
was in good standing. Mr. Terrebonne was unable to provide the name of the new
president, due to recent club elections. Both were further advised that a report
would be on file for any future references. Mr. Stults and his party left the
premises without any further incidents. After this, I checked the area and found
a set of tracks the went in between several large rocks. It appeared as though
someone had moved the rocks, then returned them to their original spot. A
vehicle would not have been able to drive over the rocks. Nothing further. Dep.

Complainant came on station to file a report regarding an incident between his
wife and 16 y/o son which occurred on 07/27/10 at the residence. Complainant
advised that he waited until today in hopes that other family member's could
assist in the matter and work things out on their own, but according to the
complainant that has not happened. The complainant completed a statement form as
to the events that evening between his son and wife. Complainant was then
directed to the County Prosecutors Office who was briefed on the situation after
speaking with the complainant, as well as Children Services; complainant was
directed to the respective offices today. Complainant also provided photographic
evidence obtained by himself and the photo's were downloaded and copied to disc

complainants at the communication center of the Sandusky County Sheriff's
Office. The complainants advised that sometime overnight on June 5th to June
6th, 2010 unknown person/s had placed a large sale sign in their front yard. The
sign was for \"Carol's Tag Sale\". The complainants advised that they contacted
the number on the sign and returned it. They were advised that it was taken from
Stevenson St. in Fremont. The complainants also wanted to report that on June
5th unknown person/s had compromised their Twitter account and they were sent an
ad for a pornography sight addressed to Scott Rosenberger. The complainants
stated that they cancelled the Twitter account. Both complainants advised that
they wanted a report filed for the above incidents for future reference. They
