I responded to the corner of Oakwood and Buckland on the report of a possible
C.P.O. violation. After discussing the matter with the complainant. I advised
her that there was no violation as she had not seen, nor had anyone else seen
the person she has a protection order against on school grounds or within 500
ft. of her or the child. The complainant advised that someone had told her that
\"He is always in the car with her\". I advised her that in and of itself that

Complainant came on station to file a report of possible harassment/threat made
to him. Complainant advised that an acquaintance of his moved out of
complainant's residence today after an argument. Complainant later received text
messages that complainant was taking as a threat. Messages were sent from
suspect's cell phone and were vague at best. No obvious threat in the message.
Complainant advised that he would seek a CPO on Monday. Attempt to contact

Undersigned Deputy responded to listed area in reference to a suspicious
vehicle. Upon arrival I did locate the area and spoke with the driver of the
vehicle. Driver advised he was having vehicle troubles and had a ride on the
way. I then advised him that the vehicle would have to be towed due to being too
close to the roadway. He advised that was fine and requested Madison's. I then
had dispatch call Madison's and they showed up on scene a short time later and

On the above date and time Deputy M. Calvillo and I responded to 4706 Co.. Rd.
175 on the report of a Domestic violence that had taken place. Upon our arrival
I spoke with Cindy Zimmerman. She advised that her sister Sheila Pocock had came
to their parents residence where Cindy and her daughter also reside. Upon here
arrival Sheila Pocock began arguing with Cindy Zimmerman about her moving out of
their parents home etc... This continued and Cindy attempted to get away several
times but was followed around the residence by Sheila who kept yelling at her.
Cindy Zimmerman finally tried to get out the front door and was grabbed by
Sheila Pocock in a choke hold from behind. Cindy Zimmerman then advised that she
had tripped her sister and hit her trying to free herself from the choke hold.
Their father Myron Pocock had also tried to break the two up but Sheila Pocock
would not let go. Sheila M. Pocock was taken into custody for Domestic Violence
and transported to the Sandusky Co. Jail. Cindy Zimmerman stated that her neck
hurt. Life Squad 15 was called and responded to the scene. Ms. Zimmerman was
transported to the Bellevue Emergency Room where I was advised she was treated
for bruising and pulled muscles about the neck. I responded to the Bellevue E/R
and asked Cindy Zimmerman if she wanted to file for a Temporary Protection
Order. She advised that she did. Form was filled out and submitted to court.

Undersigned Deputy went to listed address to attempt to serve a bench warrant
out of County Court #2 on Eddie Barnett. Upon arrival I did locate Eddie at the
facility. I then asked Eddie if he would be able to get into a van due to his
medical condition and Eddie advised he had a hard time walking and didn't think
he'd be able to climb up into a van. I then contacted Captain Meggitt and
advised him of situation. Captain Meggitt then contacted Chief Deputy Hirt who
advised him to contact Prosecutor Steirwalt. Captain Meggitt then contacted
Prosecutor Steirwalt who advised him to serve Eddie with a 46D form and give him
a court date and advise him that he needed to make arrangement's to make sure
that he showed up for that court date. I then left facility and retrieved the
46D form and then went back to facility and explained to Eddie when his court
date was and that he needed to make the proper arrangement's to show up. Eddie
was given a copy of the warrant and signed the 46D form and was given a copy of
