COMPLAINANT AND MR. GATT WHOM IS THE FATHER OF JENNIFERS CHILD CALLED THIS
OFFICE TO REPORT THAT JENNIFER WAS MAKING SUICIDAL COMMENTS AND WAS CREATING A
DISTURBANCE IN THE RESIDENCE. FURTHER ADVISED DISPATCH THAT SHE HAD CONSUMED
ALCOHOL AND APPEARED INTOXICATED. UPON ARRIVAL I LOCATED GLENDA (MOTHER), PHILIP
(FATHER OF CHILD IN COMMON), AND JENNIFER IN HER BEDROOM. JENNIFER WAS VISIBLY
UPSET AND PARTIES WERE TALKING ABOUT HER ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION AND DRIVING A MOTOR
VEHICLE. IN SPEAKING WITH GLENDA AND PHILIP THEY STATED JENNIFER MADE SEVERAL
STATEMENTS THAT SHE WISHED SHE WAS DEAD AND STATEMENTS OF WANTING TO KILL
HERSELF. GLENDA WAS GREATLY CONCERNED BECAUSE SHE HAD ANOTHER DAUGHTER MAKE AN
ACTUAL SUICIDAL ATTEMPT A SHORT TIME AGO AND FELT THAT JENNIFER WAS SERIOUS
ABOUT HER STATEMENTS. THEY FURTHER STATED THAT JENNIFER'S BEHAVIOR THE PAST
SEVERAL MONTHS HAS CHANGED WHERE SHE IS ALWAYS DRINKING AND DRIVING AND BECOMING
INCREASINGLY AGRESSIVE WITH FAMILY MEMBERS AS WELL AS HER OWN DAUGHTER. PHILIP
STATED HE HAD BEEN SPEAKING WITH JENNIFER ABOUT HER ISSUES AND WAS ATTEMPTING TO
WORK ON HER BEHALF AND ON BEHALF OF HIS DAUGHTER THAT THEY SHARE IN COMMON. I
RETURNED AND SPOKE WITH JENNIFER WITH LS 17 PARAMEDICS AT WHICH SHE DID NOT WANT
TO TALK ABOUT TONIGHTS INCIDENT. SHE WANTED TO TALK ABOUT PROPERTY THAT SHE
OWNED AND ONLY WANTING TO SMOKE A CIGARETTE. THIS CONVERSATION OCCURED FOR SOME
TIME AT WHICH SHE WAS ADVISED SHE WOULD HAVE TO BE EVALUATED AND CLEARED FROM
FREMONT E.R. BEFORE RETURNING HOME. WHEN ASKED ABOUT CONSUMPTION SHE STATED SHE
ONLY HAD THREE GLASSES OF WINE. LS 17 PARAMEDICS AGREED THAT SHE SHOULD BE
TRANSPORTED AND EVALUATED AT WHICH TIME JENNIFER STATED THAT I COULD TRANSPORT
HER TO THE E.R. AND SHE WOULD GO VOLUNTARILY. I TRANSPORTED HER TO THE E.R. WITH
LS 17 ESCORTING. I ADVISED E.R. STAFF OF INCIDENT AND COMMENTS MADE BY PARTIES
AT THE RESIDENCE AND JENNIFER WAS TURNED OVER TO THEIR CARE. CAPT MICHAEL W.

Complainant called this morning advising that his grandfathers vehicle had been
stolen sometime since 0230 hrs. this date and the time of the call. According to
the complainant, his brother came home at approx. 0230 hrs. this date
complaining of injuries. Complainant advises that his brother told him that he
had fell down several flights of steel stairs. Complainant advises that upon
seeing how badly his brother was behaving, assisted his brother to the
complainants mini van and prior to leaving their residence, moved a red pick-up
truck which is registered to his grandfather, and then drove his brother to the
Bellevue Hospital for medical treatment. While enroute to the speak with the
complainant, a motorist called into the office advising of a red pick-up truck
that appeared to be wrecked on C.R.218 just South of C.R. 181 between C.R. 113
and C.R. 181. On my arrival at the crash scene, I had dispatch contact the
original complainant ref. the stolen vehicle and have him come to my location
for identification of the vehicle which was crashed. Complainant came to the
scene and identified the vehicle as being his grandfathers vehicle and the
vehicle that his brother is in the process of purchasing from the grandfather. I
requested the complainant complete written statement as to the events as he knew
them leading up to when he transported his brother to the Bellevue Hospital and
then returning home and discovering the missing vehicle. OSHP Post 72 was
requested to the scene and advised that they would handle the crash
investigation. The vehicle was towed by Ash Automotive from the scene. Evidence
from inside the vehicle was obtained pertaining to the investigation of the
stolen vehicle. Investigation continues. Sgt. Hamilton 11-19-2009 OSHP Post 72
was able to provide new information pertaining to their crash investigation and
the vehicle theft. It has been determined that the vehicle was not stolen as
reported and criminal charges may be pursued after consultation with the County
Prosecutors Office at a later date. Sgt. Hamilton

Complainant states that she arrived home this morning from work and found her
back entry door partially open. Upon entering the residence, she called out her
sons name thinking that he may have come over early. When she got no response,
she entered the kitchen area and then observed a flashlight shinning towards the
from hallway near the front door. As the complainant walked closer she couldn't
see anything due to the darkness in the hall and reached out in a waiving motion
to see where the light was coming from and touched the suspect from behind as he
was standing against a wall and being dressed in dark clothing. When the suspect
turned around she identified him and he immediately began apologizing to her.
Complainant then called her son to come over to her residence and speak with the
suspect since the suspect has been a long time family friend. Once the
complainants son arrived at the residence, she began looking around the home to
see if anything was missing and discovered that approx. $150 was missing from
her purse which was in the complainants upstairs bedroom. The complainants son,
who is in a relationship with the suspects sister arrived on scene and both
asked the suspect if he took anything from the complainant home. According to
the suspects sister, he told her he had not. The suspects sister and her
boyfriend had the suspect empty his pockets to make sure he was telling them the
truth and at that time the suspects sister noticed envelopes in the suspects
pockets and removed them from a second pair of pants her brother had on. Upon
opening the envelopes, the complainants missing money was inside along with a
\"sim card\" which was discovered to have been removed from the victims digital
camera. A short time later the complainant called this office. Upon my arrival,
I spoke with the complainant outside and she briefed me as to this mornings
events. The suspect was located inside the complainants kitchen. Prior to asking
the suspect any questions pertaining to the crime he was read his Miranda
Warning and acknowledged he understood them as read and agreed to speak with me
concerning this morning events. The suspect was then taken into custody and
transported to the County Jail. Sgt. Hamilton Capt. Bocanegra
